IPN’s vision includes recognizing nursing excellence and leadership. To support that vision, IPN now has two annual awards, a Leadership Award and an Education Award. Both of these awards are presented at the Spring Program, during National Nurses’ Week. Exceptional nursing can be found in all areas of the profession, and anyone can now nominate colleagues for these awards. We will announce when the nomination process is open for next year.

- The recipient of this award receives $400.00, a complimentary registration for the IPN Spring (May) program when this award is announced, and a membership to IPN through the end of the year in which the award is given (this can be given to a colleague if recipient is already a member or added onto a current membership). A complimentary registration for the next Annual IPN Leadership Conference (January) will also be provided. The candidate must either live or work in Michigan.

- The recipient of this award receives $400.00, which can be used for any education expense (conference fees, tuition, books, etc.), a complimentary registration for the IPN Spring (May) program when this award is announced, and membership to IPN through the end of the year in which the award is given (this can be given to a colleague if recipient is already a member or added onto a current membership). The recipient will also receive two complimentary registrations for the Fall IPN program in October. The candidate must either live or work in Michigan.
